Anything that’s gonna happen’s gonna happen Anything that’s gonna be is gonna be Anything that you decide has been decided for sometime And you decided you don’t wanna be with me Anything I’m gonna say has long been spoken Anything I’m gonna sing I’ve already screamed Anything you want to know you have always knownAnd you know that you don’t wanna be with me So na-na-na-now that I na-na-na-know That’s there’s na-na-na-nothing to say I’ll say na-na-na-nothing to na-na-na-no one but me Anything that’s on your mind is well-established Anything that’s in your heart is on your sleeve Anything I wanna hear sure won’t fall on my ears Cuz you’re saying you don’t wanna be with me Anything that’s in the future is determined Anything that’s in the past is history Anything that’s in the here and now is obviously clear Like how you presently don’t wanna be with me So na-na-na-now that I na-na-na-know That’s there’s na-na-na-nothing to say I’ll say na-na-na-nothing to na-na-na-no one but me

Lovelives 01:38
Well I’ve got it bad but you’ve got other plans So I guess we don’t have anything to talk about Cuz you’ve got a heart And I’ve got a guitar And anyone could see how this would all work out I’ve lived entire lifetimes in my head I’m capable of something but I’m fucking off instead And I’m living like I’m already dead But there’s a world outside Well I’ve been ignored a couple times before And every time it hits me with the same exact Sense of worthlessness and shame I’ve only got myself to blame I’m trying to feel the world but keep myself intact I’ve faked entire lovelives in my bed I’m capable of something but I’m jacking off instead And I’m living like I’m already dead But there’s a world outside So welcome back my friend It’s good to have you ‘round again

Well some things are better with company And some things are better alone And sometimes the difference is puzzling With the visions and voices at home Well I get unsettled occasionally I almost get scared every day I’m worried about my identity Even though I’m quite settled this way And where do I go from here Balancing fire and fear, juggling skills and scares ‘Til dangerous plans of the future Reveal themselves at the right time I haven’t felt myself lately Which is something I don’t have to say You’ve probably noticed the changing Of my mood, more morose by the day But you don’t see the source of my troubles I guess that means we’re both in the dark I feel it’s my curse to untangle It’s my duty to not leave a mark And where do I go from here Balancing fire and fear, juggling skills and scares ‘Til dangerous plans of the future Reveal themselves at the right time

FIGJAM 02:04
I could get used to anything Like the holes in my shoes or the talking blues Or the way that I feel after too much booze I choose I could get used to anything Like having a love of my own, or being completely alone I’m gonna be alright, things are great and I can’t complain I’m gonna be alright, I’m alright, I’m alright I got used to working for the man And I got used to sleeping in a goddamn freezing van I got used to taking what I can And I got used to being level anywhere that I am I’m gonna be alright, things are great and I can’t complain I’m gonna be alright, I’m alright, I’m alright Constant punk rock claustrophobia I could get used to anything Isolationist paranoia I could get used to anything Credit cards and constant eateries I could get used to anything Metaphysical lecture series I could get used to anything

All Right 03:51
Well this one’s for the ones down on their luck The beaten and the tired and the stuck While you may live in misery Wait an hour then you’ll see That everything will be all right Everything will be alright, everything will be alright Whoever you are, wherever you go Everything will turn out fine, you know And everything will be alright And this one’s for the ones on the outside Who’ve been knocked down and been marginalized As prejudices lose their grip The future comes with fortunes flipped And everything will be all right Everything will be alright, everything will be alright Whoever you are, wherever you go Everything will turn out fine, you know And everything will be alright And this one’s for our loved ones who are gone And the ones left here behind to carry on Those memories will never fade We’ll always have those good old days And everything will be alright Everything will be alright, everything will be alright Whoever you are, wherever you go Everything will turn out fine, you know And everything will be alright

I’ve had a few ideas, some plans that never worked I’ve also had good fortune that was probably undeserved And I’ve seen more than I could have hoped And I’ve been mostly able to cope I’ve met some special people, a few I might call friends And I’ve fucked up opportunities and promising plans And they were right, I could do anything Yet another sunset, and still I’ve done nothing And wherever I end up, wherever I end up Wherever I end up, I hope you’re there A multiverse of options, a single train of thought I’m looking for a leader, I’m not looking to be taught And I’ll make sure that nothing goes to waste My carcass can be fit to your own taste If anything is missing I’d like to fill the void I’ve said all that I need to but I still don’t have a boy And what more could I possibly prove There’s just one peak remaining to move And wherever I end up, wherever I end up Wherever I end up, I hope you’re there It’s with all modesty I say I’ve had a good run But with all honesty I say I’m probably done Cuz if there’s anything worth doing left It can’t be done alone No, I can’t make it on my own And wherever I end up, wherever I end up Wherever I end up, I hope you’re there

about

At any given time, we have more songs than we know what to do with. Why do we keep releasing them in bursts of six? Well, simply, we care about the overall sound and meaning of our records, and we hope you find that each release feels like a coherent viewpoint or statement. After compiling a bunch of songs that seemed similar, I (Matt, your humble guide) realized that the songs all discuss the future as it relates to the present. All of these songs are about time. Some of the songs relate to one another, and they all fit into a perspective about time’s nature. We wanted the artwork to reflect time as well, and so we asked the incredibly talented Otto Splotch to draw a scene where things from the past, present, and future was occurring or coexisting in a single frame. If it looks similar to something else, that is purely coincidence. That’s our story and we’re sticking to it.
